Information you need to Register Online:
1. Your Passport number and expiration date.
2. Your Credit Card and expiration date for personal expenses.
3. Our flights leave on February 24th but our Cruise Date is February 28th.
4. If 2 singles in a room, you both can set up your own accounts.
5. After completing your registration PRINT your Boarding Pass and the Cruise Luggage tags. Do Not put your Cruise Luggage Tags on your bags until we arrive at the Pier, they may get torn off traveling.
Make sure you arrive at your Airport Early.
Items you Must Have to board your flight and board our ship:
1. About a week before we leave check with Sam to see if there have been any changes in your Flight
numbers or Flight times.
2. Be at your departing Airport at least 2 to 2 1/2 hours before our departure on February 24th. Security lines sometimes are very long so don't be late.
3. You MUST have your Valid Passport with you.
4. A Credit Card for personal expenses.
5. You must have your MSC Cruise Boarding Pass, 2 Cruise Luggage Tags each. Make sure you have them with you when we are boarding the ship.
6. We will not put the MSC Luggage Tags on until we arrive at the ship.
7. A small tote bag for your personal items at the end of our cruise. The last night on the cruise we will set our luggage out for the porter.

Upon opening the App, you will be prompted to enter your full name and an email address that is accessible on their phone. After successfully downloading and registering in the App, you will need to wait until the second half of February to receive your QR code ticket. This ticket must be presented at the Sambadrome for entry.
Important:
Tickets will be issued exclusively in electronic format; no physical tickets will be provided. Ensure that the email address registered in the App is active and easily accessible. If a ticket is sent to an incorrect or inaccessible email, it may result in the loss of the electronic ticket. The QR code received on your phone must be presented twice at the Sambadrome: Once at the general entrance (first turnstile) and again at the entrance to the assigned seating section.
The App allows a maximum of two tickets per account. In such cases, the second person's name must be specified in the rooming list.
Mr. Jose Perie will be waiting for you at the Port and will escort you to the Sambodrome. He will stay with the group and will return with you to the port for boarding. He has been in charge of the ticket purchase and can resolve any inconvenience that may arise with anyone not being able to open their app on the spot, so no stress for everyone.
