"Carnival Seating" Rio will be so busy during Carnival that if we don't book our excursions NOW, We may not be able to enjoy Carnival and Rio. On March 3rd       Transportation will be waiting for our group at the pier after we arrive at 7:00PM for transfer to the Carnival.   The parade starts at 9:30PM.   The only way to guarantee the seats in a determined sector is by paying for the tickets in advance in full.   So far, there is enough space in Sector 7 (very good sector and normally the first one to get sold out).   The sooner we guarantee, the better sector we will get. On March 4th Tour of Corcovado & Sugar Loaf       Pick up at Ship at 1:00pm.   This afternoon you will visit the world-famous statue of Christ the Redeemer, recently elected one of the seven modern wonders of the world.   This 38m statue stands proudly on the summit of Corcovado mountain (710m asl), overlooking and protecting the city.   You will arrive there by a scenic drive along the Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon and to the foot of the mountain, from where you will board a small funicular train that climbs through the lush Tijuca forest to reach the summit of Corcovado.   From the dizzy heights you'll experience truly incredible panoramic views over Rio, the coastline and discover why it's known to many as the 'Marvellous City!'   The return journey includes a drive along Rios famous beaches like Ipanema and Copacabana towards the Sugar Loaf.   You will then arrive at the foot of Morro de Urca, the first hill that you will access on the cable car to then take the second section of the cable car to the base at the top of the Sugarloaf Mountain.   Time to observe the city of Rio from another perspective and above all enjoy the incredible sunset over the hills.   Return to the base of Sugarloaf Mountain and then back to the Ship (arrival at approximately 7:00 p.m.) Price for Both Days $445.00 pp Includes: Both Day's Tours Tickets and Seating at Carnival Tickets and Lifts on the 4th and All Transportation For more information, Call Sam Jordon at 330-793-6543 or E-Mail Sam at Go To "See The World Tours" Home Page
